For additional adult persons (from the age of 18) we charge 21 € per night and person.
Simplified price structure
The introduction of an additional 5% CityTax by the city of Berlin in January 2014 was a reason for us to rethink our prices. Apart from a minimal increase in the basic price (0.25 € plus CityTax) our prices were reduced and their structure simplified. These are the changes from 2014:
accompanying children/young people up to age 18 stay free of charge (previously a charge of 10 € per night applied for children over 6 years)
per-night prices for 1-2 adults and accompanying children increase by 0.25 € per night (plus CityTax)
3-night stays are no longer more expensive than longer stays. This is equivalent to a reduction of 49 € for a 3-night stay.
The price of 2-night stays is reduced by ca. 4 € per night (plus CityTax). 2 adults and accompanying children staying 2 nights now pay 114 € per night (incl. CityTax).
