We can offer you 4 comfortable, newly equipped apartments available for visitors to Berlin. Three of the apartments are studio style, the fourth has two rooms plus kitchen and bath. They sleep  1-4 people in comfort, 6 at a maximum. Prices are from 60 € per apartment and night, depending on the length of your stay . All our apartments are in traditional Berlin residential buildings dating from around 1900. They are all centrally located and belong to three quarters:

All apartments are equipped with broadband (DSL) connections. Guests with their own PCs can use this service at no extra charge.
No hidden extras -
All our prices are inclusive. They cover:
-energy (electricity, gas, heating)
-bedclothes and towels, household
     consumables (washing up liquid etc.)
-unlimited high speed internet access
     (DSL)
-phone costs (limits see AGB)
-VAT
For the apartment in Charlottenburg it is required to stay 4 days, at least. For the apartments in Tiergarten and in
Schöneberg, during the busy summer period and for Christmas, New Year and Easter we give preference to those staying for at least 4 nights. During May to October a short stay there (less than 4 nights) can usually be booked only up to 4 weeks in advance. During November to April (except for the above holidays) this is possible up to 2 months in advance.

The other is in the Schöneberg district, on a pedestrian street close to Winterfeldtplatz (U-Bahn station Nollen- dorfplatz).
Tiergarten I
The largest apartment is close to the river Spree and on the edge of the government quarter (S- Bahn station Bellevue near main station).
Charlottenburg

This is a one-bedroom apartment close to Savignyplatz and Kurfürstendamm in the Charlottenburg district (S-Bahn Savignyplatz).
Tiergarten II
 
Friendly apartment, spa- cious studio style room plus kitchen, 41 m², quiet location (neigh- bouring Tiergarten I in the same house)
