The bathroom has both bath and shower.
The light, welcoming apartment has recently been altered to create an open-plan studio style living room with a split-level bedroom area sleeping up to 6 people (1 double or 2 twin beds downstairs and 2 singles and a double on the upper deck).
Rennovation work was completed in 2004 after which the apartment was newly furnished and fitted out.
The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker with ceramic hob and all the usual kitchen gear.
The spacious living area, which includes a secluded balcony overlooking the tree- lined street and desk space, is comfortably furnished and has central heating as well as  cable TV.
