The apartment has a studio-style main room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower and central heating. The main room has a separate split-level bedroom area sleeping up to 4 people in comfort (2 single beds downstairs and 1

single and 1 double bed on the upper deck). The fold-down sofa can provide bed space for 1 or 2 more people (for larger family groups, for example). TV, Audio and a good supply of books for children and grown-ups are available, as well. A cot and high chair are available on request.

There is also a telephone available,

and a desk for those who have to work during their stay. Bed-linen and towels are

provided.

The apartment has been refurbished in 2006. Now it has a wooden parquet floor and a renovated bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with all the usual kitchen gear plus microwave, dish-washer and washing machine.

In the bathroom there is a bath/shower- combination. In the bath cupboard you will also find a hair-dryer, an iron and a first-aid-kit.
