This third floor apart- ment was renovated in 2005. It  is in a quiet situation over- looking the courtyard of a traditional Berlin residential building.

The apartment consists of living room (22.5 m²), bedroom (8.5 m²), hallway, kitchen and bathroom. It has recently been fully renovated, redecorated and newly furnished. The wooden floorboards have been stripped and treated with organic hard oil (a natural alternative to varnish). The bathroom (with bath and shower) and the kitchen (which includes a dining corner) have been fully renovated. The living room includes a separate bedroom area, a dining area and a sitting area with cable TV and stereo.
The bedroom
has a double bed.
The large living room includes a dining table seating 6, a sitting area with TV, stereo, sofa and easy chairs and a separate bedroom area with two single beds.
The bathroom contains
a bath with shower.
The apartment has a telephone (with sockets in both bedroom and living room). Guests can make and receive calls and access the Internet.
