The apartment has a telephone (with sockets in both bedroom and living room) and - soon - a desk. Guests can make and receive calls and access the Internet.
The large living room includes a dining table seating 6, a sitting area with TV, stereo, sofa and easy chairs and a separate bedroom area with two single beds.

This newly (2005) renovated third floor apartment is in a quiet situation overlooking the courtyard of a traditional Berlin residential building. It sleeps 1-4 people, 5 at a maximum.
The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, washer/dryer and cooker with ceramic hob.
The bedroom has a double bed.
